Court documents in Fyock vs. City of Sunnyvale: California confiscatory magazine ban

Senior U.S. Circuit Judge Michael Daly Hawkins held this week that Sunnyvale, California’s confiscatory magazine prohibition is in accordance with the Constitution. A three-judge appeals court panel Wednesday found that the city’s contentious ban on all magazines holding more than 10 rounds does not violate Second Amendment rights.
