Aero Precision has just announced a second run of the limited-edition Ghost Gun AR-15 lower receivers. These tongue-in-cheek lowers moved fast last time so if you’re at all interested you’d better hurry.
These lowers proudly mock anti-gun California-state Sen. Kevin de Leon who coined the original term “Ghost Gun.”
The lower’s selector reads [D], .30 Caliber Clip and /Half Sec and is marked on both sides for use with ambidextrous selectors.
They are in most respects standard semi-automatic AR-15 lowers, machined from forged 7075-T6 alloy aluminum, with a matte black hard anodized standard 8625 Type III Class 2 finish and use a set screw to hold the rear takedown detent pin in place.
They’re available directly from Aero Precision for the one-time price of $105. Like all AR lowers they’re legally firearms and must be shipped to your local FFL.
“Our stripped lower receiver allows you to build a custom AR15 from the ground up. MIL-SPEC dimensions and coating ensure the highest quality and correct component interface,” the company said.
